MouthWash
4 parts purified water
2 parts hydrogen peroxide
3 Tbsp. glycerin
several drops of following essential oils:
  • eucalyptus
  • peppermint
  • wintergreen
  • clove

I like to use a lot of EOs for a real "blast" of purification. Others can be substituted, too (i.e., cinnamon, thyme, rosemary)--and, after reading results of tea tree oil in recipes above, I think I'll add it next time I make this! This stuff really works and is very similar to the expensive "Age Defying" mouthwash by Rembrandt.
